Accommodations
Request ADA accommodations
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) does not allow discrimination based on disability.
Jail residents and visitors with disabilities have the right to clear communication and equal access to services. They may ask for appropriate aids and supports, such as an interpreter. If needed, they may also file a complaint or grievance using a kite or grievance form.
Contact the ADA Coordinator if you or a resident:
- Need supports for accessing services,
- Need help with effective communication,
- Have questions about rights under the ADA, or
- Have questions about filing a complaint or grievance.
