Process server registration
A process server is a person who serves court papers on a party to a lawsuit. King County Records and Licensing Services (RALS) handles process server registration. If you wish to become a process server, either by renewing your current registration or applying for a new one, please submit the following:
- Completed registration form
- A copy of your valid government-issued identification
- Payment of the $10 fee (a check or money order payable to King County Licensing; do not mail cash)

FIFA World Cup impacts
The FIFA World Cup men's soccer tournament is coming to Seattle in June and July. Matches will be held at Lumen Field, which will be called "Seattle Stadium" for the duration of the tournament.
Roads surrounding King Street Center and the building’s parking garage will be closed during the World Cup matches June 15 – July 6, which will have a major impact on the King County Customer Service Center.
Expect significant pedestrian activity in the area. More information: kingcounty.gov/world-cup
